Giants of the Forest - Episode Eight - Hey Ocean!
I love the Giants of the Forest project from Amazning Factory Productions Inc. that I found a while back on Vancouver Is Awesome. I also love Hey Ocean! and they've just recorded this new song called "Big Blue Wave" from the album that they're currently working on. I seriously can't wait for the new album!
Hey Ocean! - Giants of the Forest - Episode Eight
If you like that sweet nugget, check out the other seven episodes. My favorites are episode two with David Vertesi of Hey Ocean! accompanied by David Joseph of By Divine Right, and episode three with Treelines accompanied by Indiana Avent from Australia.

Sitting Is Killing You - The Truth About Sitting Down.

I can't get the whole thing to fit here, so you'll have to click here -> Sitting Is Killing You to see the whole thing. My friend April is in the process of switching to a standing office too - talk about crazy timing to find this thingy. Don't forget to sit back!

Why do I miss these events all the time
Once again today, a pretty rare thing happened down by where I live. This....
That's right, a whole pod of Orca's made there way into the Burrard Inlet and I unfortuantley I was sitting at a desk in my office. Had I not been working, I would've made my way along the seawall to see these magnificent creatures too. This picture was taken today under the Lion's Gate Bridge by Dave Price. I don't know who you are Dave Price, but I'm glad I got to see this picture that you took.
